About

IVT Architect’s stated design goal is beauty through intuitive and timeless design that relies on foundational architectural principles of simplicity and ease of use. We strive to create spaces that will immediately feel comfortable and familiar and that serve both taste and function without unnecessary complexity. Clean lines and good structural backbones can then be styled to suit any taste or preference, be it modern or bohemian, traditional or contemporary. Each of our client’s needs and tastes are unique and we continuously rise up to the challenge of successfully meeting each client’s expectations on style, design and budget while remaining true to our guiding principles.

In addition to its Principal, Irina Tikhomirova, IVT Architect employs a dedicated Planning Coordinator and engages an experienced team of architectural technologists in accordance with project size and complexity.
